There is a one-time payment of $75 for requesting a physical certificate and check to be mailed to international contestants.

This is the application and order form for requesting mailed certificates and prizes. This is NOT REQUIRED for all winners, only for international winners. This is due to the fact that gas prices and international mail postage has drastically increased, and we’re unable to cover for the fees. However, PDF versions of the certificate will be sent for all contestants without charge.
