Updates in 2021 from US New Star Music Inc

  1. All international fee has been removed, however, due to unpredictable international mail situation, all international entries winners certificates will be delivered by email in pdf. Winners cash prizes will be max out as the application fee in terms of a credit card refund due to mailing issue and inability to deliver cash prizes . If International entries insist on receiving the certificates by mail and winners cash prizes , an additional $40 need to be added to cover the certified international fee of $37 + credit card processing fee of $3.

  2. We are bringing US New Star Vocal Competition back to live from 2014, due May 27th 2021 for late entries.

  3. US New Star Piano Competition is becoming International US New Star Piano Competition starting 2021 because of the highly competitive nature. Last year we received applicants from 7 countries and 8 states from within USA. It will also be adjudicate by a panel of three college active pianist instead of two, with comments email to every applicants and teachers.

  4. US New Star Violin Competition is now US New Star Strings Competition. We have professors that have back ground on Violin, Viola and Cell that is willing to help us out this year.

  5. We will add a new two pianist competition- 2022 US New Star Concerto Competition, which allows two pianist to compete together as a team. Both pianists will receive comments from the judges. Detail TBD
